In a recent survey conducted as part of the CRN MSP 500 project, top managed service provider executives were asked to share which of their IT services are experiencing the most growth this year. The results are in, and it seems that cybersecurity services are in high demand due to the increasing number of cyber threats such as ransomware, phishing attacks, and data theft.
Many executives highlighted their cybersecurity offerings as the fastest-growing services, with a focus on technologies like managed detection and response tools, virtual security operations centers, and employee security training. However, the demand for IT services extends beyond security, with cloud migration, application modernization, data management, and analytics also seeing significant growth.
Among the top services experiencing growth are hybrid work and converged communications, disaster recovery as a service, and business transformation initiatives. It’s clear that managed service providers are adapting to meet the evolving needs of their clients in a rapidly changing digital landscape.
