Datafort of Guildford Offers Cost-Effective Solution for Data Storage
In today’s digital age, downtime can be detrimental to businesses. However, Datafort of Guildford has developed an innovative and affordable solution to this problem.
Datafort’s product utilizes a state-of-the-art 256-bit financial grade encryption to compress a company’s data at its source. This compressed and encrypted data is then securely transmitted via the internet to one of Datafort’s fireproof and alarmed data centers. These centers house high-quality, raid-enabled, SCSI-mirrored disk servers, ensuring the utmost protection for your valuable information.
The data remains safely compressed and encrypted until it is retrieved and restored within your own firewall. This process is incredibly user-friendly, starting with a full backup of all important information stored on your computer or computers.
Datafort’s Off Site Back-up Software takes care of compressing and encrypting your selected files, before transmitting them to their mirrored disk servers through your internet connection.
Once the initial full backup is complete, the software continuously scans designated directories for any new or modified files. This ensures that your data is always up to date and protected.
In the event that you need to restore a single file or an entire system, the process is simple. Just access the archive directory, select the necessary files for download, and restore them to any computer using your encryption key.
Pricing for Datafort’s services varies based on the amount of storage space used. However, considering the high level of security and peace of mind it offers, most small businesses will find Datafort’s charges reasonable.
With a rating of 7 out of 10, Datafort’s solution proves to be a reliable and cost-effective option for data storage. Prices start from just £9.95 per month.
