Digital transformation specialist Techsol Group has made a new acquisition, bringing on board managed IT services provider IBIT Solutions. IBIT Solutions has been serving the Coventry area for over 15 years. This acquisition will allow Techsol Group to expand its presence to the Midlands.
Simone Lawless of IBIT Solutions expressed excitement about the partnership, stating, “In Techsol Group we have found a partner which shares our determination to provide service excellence to our clients but who can also add scale and reach both in terms of resource, geography and technical practice groups. This partnership will allow us to expand our combined operations and offer more products and services to both existing and new clients. The acquisition of IBIT Solutions is part of Techsol Group’s ongoing expansion strategy. With offices in Cardiff, Coventry, and Cornwall, Techsol Group now employs over 40 people. Managing Director Gavin Morgan expressed enthusiasm for the new chapter, saying, “We are very excited about this new chapter. We look forward to growing our new Coventry base and providing our customers with the best possible service and solutions.”
