Littlefish, a Nottingham-based IT and cyber security services firm, has recently acquired Storm Technology, a Microsoft business applications consultancy located in Ireland. This acquisition comes after Littlefish received significant investment from Bowmark Capital in 2022, propelling the company into its next phase of growth.
With nearly 700 employees, Littlefish is now poised to expand its portfolio and capabilities, particularly in enterprise applications and Microsoft M365/D365 offerings. The acquisition will also open up new opportunities in the UK and Irish markets, meeting the increasing demand for business-focused Microsoft solutions.
Littlefish CEO, Steve Robinson, expressed excitement about the partnership, highlighting the shared values and commitment to customer excellence. Karl Flannery, CEO of Storm Technology, echoed this sentiment, emphasizing the importance of maintaining their core values while embarking on this new chapter with Littlefish.
The deal was facilitated by EY’s Dublin-based corporate advisory team and a legal team from Browne Jacobson. Both companies are looking forward to collaborating, innovating, and growing together in the Irish and UK markets.
