Arc Systems, a provider of cloud and IT managed services to UK businesses, has secured backing from Beech Tree Private Equity, winning Deal of the Month. The Essex-based company, founded in 1992, offers IT support, public and private cloud, security and back-up to SMEs and mid-market corporates in and around London and the South East. The investment will allow Arc to expand its capabilities, with a focus on its people and technical proposition. Beech Tree has a history of successful investments in the sector, including Transparity, Ancoris, and BCN. Partner Adam Rudd said he was excited to partner with Arc and invest further into a sector they know well.
