Arc Systems, a cloud and IT managed services provider based in Essex, has secured backing from Beech Tree Private Equity. The investment will allow Arc to expand its services, with a focus on its people and technical proposition. Beech Tree has a history of successful investments in the sector, including Transparity, Ancoris, and BCN. Partner Adam Rudd said that the company was excited to partner with Arc and invest further into a sector they know well. The deal has won Deal of the Month. Advisers to Beech Tree included DLA and DSW, while Arc was supported by Knights.
