Arc Systems, a provider of cloud and IT managed services to UK businesses, has secured backing from Beech Tree Private Equity in a deal that has won Deal of the Month. The Essex-based company, founded by James Clayden in 1992, offers IT support, public and private cloud, security and back-up to SMEs and mid-market corporates in and around London and the South East. The investment will enable Arc to expand its capabilities, with a focus on its people and technical proposition. Beech Tree has a successful track record in the sector, including investments in Transparity, Ancoris and BCN.
