Arc Systems, a provider of cloud and IT managed services to UK businesses based in Essex, has secured backing from Beech Tree Private Equity, earning the Deal of the Month award. Founded in 1992 by James Clayden, Arc Systems offers IT support, public and private cloud, security and back-up to SME and mid-market corporates in and around London and the South East. The investment from Beech Tree will help Arc expand its capabilities, with a focus on its people and technical proposition. Beech Tree has a history of successful investments in the sector, including Transparity, Ancoris, and BCN.
