CRN’s Managed Service Provider 500 list is back to recognize the top tech providers and consultants who are revolutionizing the IT channel with their innovative approach to managed services.
The channel is witnessing a significant shift towards a services-led model in IT procurement, and it’s the MSPs who are leading the charge.
As part of the CRN MSP 500, we caught up with some of the top executives from managed service provider companies and asked them about the IT services that have seen the fastest growth this year. Here’s what 20 of them had to say.
We also quizzed these executives about the most significant change their companies made in the past year to drive success. Their answers were insightful and diverse, showcasing the dynamic nature of the industry.
Looking ahead to 2023, we wanted to know which emerging technology areas these MSP executives believed would present the biggest opportunities. Their responses shed light on the exciting prospects that lie ahead.
Of course, we couldn’t ignore the challenges faced by these MSPs in their businesses this year. We asked them to share their thoughts on the biggest hurdles they anticipate. Their responses were thought-provoking and highlighted the need for adaptability in this ever-evolving landscape.
The MSP 500 list features three categories: Elite 150, Pioneer 250, and Security 100. The Elite 150 category comprises MSPs with an extensive portfolio of managed services catering to midmarket and enterprise customers, both on-premises and off-premises. The Pioneer 250 category focuses on MSPs who have built their business model around serving the SMB market. Lastly, the Security 100 category recognizes MSPs with expertise in cloud-based security services.
