Teesside IT services provider, razorblue, has announced the appointment of Neil Warren as its new Operations Director. With over 25 years of industry experience, Warren will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and long-term strategy for the company, which works with over 500 companies across the UK.
Expressing his excitement about joining razorblue, Warren stated, “I’ve been following the business for a number of years and I’ve enjoyed watching razorblue’s success. The previous Operations Director, David, was moving on, and I was thrilled to accept the opportunity to continue his brilliant work.”
Warren aims to foster a customer-centric approach within the teams he manages, building on the company’s established culture and service offering to further expand its customer base across the UK.
Prior to joining razorblue, Warren held positions at well-known companies such as IBM and AV Dawson. His experience includes managing infrastructure for 120 sites across the UK and Ireland, as well as overseeing services and staff for over 3,000 users.
CEO of razorblue, Dan Kitchen, expressed his enthusiasm about Warren joining the team, stating, “It’s great to have Neil as part of the team, and his extensive knowledge and experience will be invaluable to us. We have achieved a huge amount in a fairly short amount of time and needed someone in the role who could support that ongoing journey. Neil is well equipped to work with our team to deliver continued growth and success.”
razorblue currently employs over 180 staff members and plans to recruit an additional 25 team members in the next year to support its expansion efforts. The company specializes in managed IT, security services, super-fast connectivity, cloud and hosting, and business software solutions across various industries.
