Atturra Limited, a leading advisory and technology services business specializing in IT solutions, is excited to announce that its subsidiary, Atturra Holdings, has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) to acquire Sabervox.
Based in Newcastle, Sabervox is known for providing managed IT services and cloud subscriptions to mid-sized customers in regional NSW and beyond.
Stephen Kowal, CEO of Atturra, expressed his enthusiasm about the acquisition, stating, “The acquisition of Sabervox allows Atturra to expand its managed services capabilities into regional NSW. We view Sabervox as a stepping stone for further regional growth and the benefits of scale in terms of staffing, facilities, and infrastructure. Sabervox is highly regarded as a trusted partner in regional NSW, and this acquisition strengthens our goal of becoming Australia’s leading Advisory and IT solutions provider.”
Kowal added, “We are excited to welcome Dan Wright, Allan Ballantyne, and the entire Sabervox team to Atturra. We look forward to providing exceptional service to their client base by leveraging the wide range of solutions that Atturra offers.”
Dan Wright, Managing Director of Sabervox, shared his thoughts on the partnership, saying, “When we embarked on this journey 15 years ago, our vision was to bring quality IT services to businesses in regional areas. Joining forces with Atturra reinforces our mission. With access to Atturra’s extensive suite of services, we are confident in delivering an unparalleled experience to all our customers.”
Wright reassured customers that despite the acquisition, their commitment remains unchanged. He stated, “Our office in Newcastle will continue to serve our customers with the same dedicated employees who have been with us since the beginning.”
The transaction is expected to be finalized around September 29, 2023, pending the fulfillment of conditions outlined in the SPA, including obtaining consent for a change of control regarding significant contracts.
The SPA also includes customary provisions such as representations, warranties, and indemnities, which are typical for agreements of this nature.
