Digital transformation specialist Techsol Group has recently acquired managed IT services provider IBIT Solutions, expanding its presence to the Midlands. IBIT Solutions has been serving the Coventry area for over 15 years. This partnership will allow Techsol Group to not only provide excellent service to their clients but also increase their resources, geographic reach, and technical practice groups. Simone Lawless of IBIT Solutions expressed excitement about the opportunity to work alongside the Techsol Group team and expand their operations to offer more products and services to both existing and new clients. This acquisition is part of Techsol Group’s ongoing expansion strategy, and with offices in Cardiff, Coventry, and Cornwall, they now employ over 40 people.
