Digital services firm Xperience Group has recently acquired a managed IT services provider called GCC Group. With offices in Gloucester and London, GCC Group supports over 600 clients in sectors that complement Xperience’s offerings, such as not-for-profit, professional services, wholesale, distribution, and financial services.
This acquisition marks the third one for Xperience in the past 24 months and the first since Bowmark Capital invested in the company. During this period, Xperience’s headcount has more than doubled to over 230 employees, client numbers have grown to 1,400, and turnover now exceeds £30m.
Iain O’Kane, the CEO of Xperience, expressed his enthusiasm about the acquisition, stating, “Xperience is a rapidly growing business with a strong management team, financial track record, and a successful history of acquiring high-performing businesses. The acquisition of GCC is strategically important as Xperience continues to build out its business application capabilities, enhancing our client proposition and broadening our footprint in the UK.”
