MSP Logicalis has announced the release of the latest version of its Digital Fabric Platform. This updated platform aims to provide chief information officers (CIOs) with deeper insights and recommendations to strengthen the performance of their entire digital ecosystem.
Initially launched in July 2023, the Digital Fabric Platform offered CIOs real-time visibility into various crucial metrics such as reliability, security and compliance, economics, user experience, and environment. It gained popularity among over 200 digital managed services customers in EMEA, Australia, and the United States.
In response to user feedback, Logicalis has made significant updates to the platform. These enhancements focus on delivering more detailed insights, increased transparency, and actionable AI-powered recommendations. The notable improvements include an updated user interface, an overall health score, deeper insights with recommendations to enhance the health of a user’s digital ecosystem, and a knowledge base that provides answers about platform functionality.

In an interview with CRN in November 2023, Logicalis CEO Bob Bailkoski credited a “significant” portion of the MSP’s managed services growth to the platform. He also predicted strong growth in 2024 across skills and performance while highlighting security as a key focus for the upcoming year.
