Logicalis, the channel player, has announced enhancements to its Managed Data Fabric Platform, aiming to improve the managed services it offers to customers. Since its launch last April, the platform has attracted over 200 customers worldwide, providing them with valuable insights into system performance, device management, and network risks.
The latest updates to the platform include a revamped user interface and an overall health score, enabling users to gain comprehensive insights across their entire network and cloud environments. In addition, Logicalis has introduced high, medium, and low-impact recommendations to help customers generate savings and enhance efficiencies.
Bob Bailkoski, CEO of Logicalis, expressed the company’s commitment to advancing managed services and empowering Chief Information Officers (CIOs) with deeper insights. He stated, “For the last 12 months or more, we’ve been trying to bring innovation to the managed services industry. The idea behind the platform was trying to bring innovation to the managed services world.”
Bailkoski further explained that while availability has traditionally been the key metric reported on in managed services, Logicalis believes it can provide additional insights beyond basic availability status due to its privileged position with customers.
The platform’s insights aim to help customers better utilize technology, identify areas for infrastructure improvement, and ultimately deliver a superior user experience. Logicalis also emphasizes its commitment to sustainability by providing customers with a carbon footprint or sustainability score in addition to availability metrics.
Bailkoski highlighted the platform’s ability to provide deeper intelligence and grading on the impact of insights for improving customers’ environment health. This enables CIOs to quickly identify priorities and take necessary actions with the support of their team or Logicalis.
With these enhancements, Logicalis aims to raise the bar in managed services and continue driving innovation in the industry.
