Administrators successfully saved all 140 jobs at a Daresbury group that experienced a cyber incident late last year. The joint administrators completed a sale of the business and assets to Bluecube Cyber Security Solutions Ltd. The group, which specializes in cloud and managed IT services for legal firms and barristers’ chambers, faced financial pressures after the cyber incident in November 2023. The deal ensures continuity of services for clients in the UK and Ireland. Bluecube CEO, James Hawker, sees this as an opportunity to build the leading MSP practice for the legal sector in the region. The transition to Bluecube is expected to provide market-leading IT services for the group’s customers and employees.
