The joint administrators completed a sale of the business and assets to Bluecube Cyber Security Solutions Ltd, ensuring continuity of services for clients in the legal sector. The group specializes in cloud and managed IT services for legal firms and barristers’ chambers in the UK and Ireland. The cyber incident in November 2023 led to financial pressures, but the successful sale process has secured the future of the group.
