PwC administrators completed a sale of the business to Bluecube Cyber Security Solutions Ltd, ensuring continuity for clients in the legal sector. The group specializes in cloud and managed IT services for legal firms and barristers’ chambers in the UK and Ireland. Despite a cyber incident causing trading difficulties, the group was able to restore operations by the end of December 2023. Tiger Eye Consulting Ltd and Sprout Technologies NZ Ltd were not impacted by the deal. Bluecube CEO, James Hawker, expressed excitement about the strategic opportunity to expand their MSP practice in the legal sector. The deal ensures a smooth transition for employees and clients to receive market-leading IT services for continued growth.
