Cybersecurity services are in high demand due to the rise in cyber threats like ransomware and phishing attacks. Many executives highlighted the growth in security offerings, including managed detection and response tools, virtual security operations centers, and employee security training.
Apart from cybersecurity, other services experiencing rapid growth include cloud migration, application modernization, data management, managed SD-WAN, RPA, and device-as-a-service. Traditional services like outsourced help desk and backup/disaster recovery also continue to be in demand.
