Customer relationship management (CRM) software provider, Workbooks, recently unveiled a new service called Managed Service for CRM. The service aims to help businesses achieve their desired outcomes by overcoming constraints in time, resources, and technical ability.
According to a press release shared with TechRadar, the Managed Service is designed for businesses with small CRM teams or those struggling to retain top CRM employees. It is also targeted at organizations lacking a proper CRM strategy and those unprepared for future changes. Companies with low user adoption rates and inadequate internal CRM support are expected to benefit greatly from the new service.
By outsourcing tasks typically handled by internal CRM admins and experts to Managed Service, businesses can reduce the risks associated with employee turnover, especially in small and overworked teams. Workbooks promises to assist firms with data cleansing, task automation, tool integration, script running, and report improvement.
The company believes that by freeing up time and resources through Managed Service, organizations can focus on revenue growth, reduce operational costs, and alleviate the burden on system administrators. This, in turn, will give businesses a competitive edge in the market.
Dan Roche, Chief Marketing Officer at Workbooks, emphasized the importance of evolving CRM strategies to stay competitive. He highlighted the need for ongoing customization and functionality review, but acknowledged that time constraints and lack of expertise can hinder progress. Roche stressed that a well-managed CRM is essential for achieving business goals.
