The results are in, and it’s no surprise that cybersecurity services are leading the pack. With the rise in cybersecurity threats like ransomware and phishing attacks, the demand for managed security tools, services, and training has skyrocketed.
While cybersecurity services are a hot commodity, other IT services are also on the rise. Cloud migration, application modernization, data management and analytics, managed SD-WAN, RPA, workload automation, and device-as-a-service are all experiencing increased demand. Traditional services like outsourced help desk and backup/disaster recovery remain popular as well.
