Logitech International, the popular computer mouse maker, is on a winning streak as it raises its full-year sales and profit outlook. The Swiss-American company is feeling optimistic after experiencing strong quarterly growth.
The company now anticipates its full-year sales to fall within the range of $4.34-$4.43 billion, up from its previous projection of $4.3-$4.4 billion. Additionally, Logitech expects Non-GAAP operating income for fiscal year 2025 to be between $700 and $730 million, compared to the earlier estimate of $685 million-$715 million.
In its first quarter ended June 30, Logitech reported a 12% increase in sales to $1.1 billion, surpassing analysts’ consensus forecast of $1.025 billion. Non-GAAP operating income for the quarter also saw a significant jump of 96% to $153 million.
CEO Hanneke Faber, who took the reins of the company in December 2023, expressed satisfaction with the strong start to the fiscal year, highlighting broad-based growth across all regions and key categories. Logitech, known for its keyboards, video conferencing gear, and gaming headsets, has been adapting to changing market dynamics by expanding its customer base beyond offices into education and healthcare.
Despite facing a downturn in demand post-pandemic boom, Logitech is now back on track with a renewed focus on innovation and customer satisfaction.
