Time to dust off that box you’ve been leaving to collect dust in the loft because your old computer games could be worth over £44,000. Expert Emma Knight from London storage company Urban Locker is urging people to check their collections for hidden treasures.
If you have old video games like Super Mario 64 or Zelda Ocarina lying around, you could be sitting on a goldmine. A factory-sealed copy of Zelda Ocarina is valued at a whopping £44,995, while Super Mario 64 could fetch you £12,999 if it’s still in its original packaging.
Even if you’ve opened and played these games, you could still make a decent profit by selling them online. Copies of GTA from 1997 are selling for £1,200, and rare games like Lakers Vs Celtics for Sega Mega Drive are going for up to £5,995.
So, it might be worth rummaging through your old collections to see if you have any valuable gems hidden away. Who knows, you could be in for a pleasant surprise and a nice payday. Time to start digging through that dusty old box in the loft!
