In a recent survey conducted as part of the CRN MSP 500 project, top managed service provider executives were asked to share which of their IT services are experiencing the most growth this year. The results are in, and it seems that cybersecurity services are in high demand due to the increasing number of cyber threats such as ransomware and phishing attacks.
Many executives mentioned that their cybersecurity offerings, including managed detection and response tools, virtual security operations centers, and employee security threat awareness training, are seeing significant growth. In addition to security services, other fast-growing IT services include cloud migration, application modernization (especially Microsoft Azure), data management and analytics, managed SD-WAN, RPA and workload automation, and device-as-a-service.
Executives from various companies across the country shared their insights on the fastest-growing services within their organizations. From end user security awareness training to disaster recovery as a service, the industry is seeing a diverse range of services experiencing rapid growth. It’s clear that the demand for IT services extends beyond just security, with a focus on innovation and efficiency in today’s digital landscape.
