This new offering aims to streamline the IT experience for legal professionals by providing ‘case ready’ laptops and hardware that come fully configured with the necessary applications, permissions, and profiles.
Access Managed Services, which already offers managed IT solutions for law firms, is behind this new initiative. The service includes full MS 365 integration, Autopilot enrollment, license management, and ongoing monitoring and support for all supplied devices. It also covers user support through the Access Managed Services helpdesk, data destruction, and recycling or refurbishing of devices when an employee leaves.
