In a recent survey conducted as part of the CRN MSP 500 project, top managed service provider executives were asked to share which of their IT services are experiencing the most growth this year. The results are in, and it seems that cybersecurity services are in high demand due to the increasing number of cyber threats such as ransomware, phishing attacks, and data theft.
Many executives highlighted their cybersecurity offerings as the fastest-growing services, with a focus on technologies like managed detection and response tools, virtual security operations centers, and employee security threat awareness training. Additionally, other IT services seeing significant growth include cloud migration, application modernization (especially Microsoft Azure), data management and analytics, managed SD-WAN, RPA and workload automation, and device-as-a-service.
