CRN recently spoke with vendors who are urging their partners to elevate their managed services offerings, as well as resellers who are eager to dive deeper into the game. The managed services market is booming, with a projected value of $970.86bn by 2032, according to Precedence Research.
Due to factors like Covid-19, inflation, and the IT skills gap, organizations are increasingly turning to managed services for business automation and operational efficiencies. In Western European countries, 39.13% of resellers possess managed services skills, with 10,117 resellers and 3,959 managed service providers in the UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, and Sweden.
Vendors like CrowdStrike are encouraging partners to invest in services to enhance their profitability and customer relationships. Zyxel and Netskope have also launched programs to motivate channel partners to embrace managed services and cater to growing customer demands.
On the other side, resellers like Axians UK and SCC are focusing more on managed services for sustained growth and differentiation. Axians UK’s managing director emphasized the importance of providing real value and business impact to customers through managed services.
Overall, the push for enhanced managed services offerings is driving innovation and growth in the IT industry, benefiting both vendors and resellers alike.
