Lenovo Unveils Glasses-Free 2D/3D Computers at MWC 2025
Lenovo showcased its latest innovation at MWC 2025 with the introduction of the ThinkBook 3D Laptop Concept and Hybrid Dimensional 34-inch Curved Monitor. These devices utilize directional backlighting and head tracking technology to display both 2D and 3D content without the need for glasses. Additionally, Lenovo also introduced an AI Ring concept that allows users to control the devices with gesture-based spatial controls.
While the technology may remind some of Leia’s glasses-free 3D tech, Lenovo representatives remained tight-lipped during the demo. Could this be a sign of the resurgence of 3D technology? Only time will tell. Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting development from Lenovo.
