Espria’s CEO, Clinton Groome, is optimistic about the company’s aggressive growth plans for its managed services business. In an interview with CRN, Groome expressed confidence in achieving double-digit revenue growth in 2025.
“We want to grow our managed services revenue by at least 20 to 30 per cent this year. It’s a bold objective, but we have the capabilities to make it happen,” Groome stated.
Despite challenges posed by Microsoft’s evolving strategies and market competition, Espria is focusing on expanding its offerings in areas such as Microsoft Teams telephony and cybersecurity. Groome emphasized the importance of staying ahead of industry trends, including AI, although customer interest in AI may be lower than anticipated.
As Espria navigates the changing landscape of managed services, Groome remains committed to providing value to customers while adapting to market demands. The company’s dedication to growth and innovation sets the stage for a successful year ahead.
