Datafort of Guildford Offers Cost-Effective Solution for Data Security
Guildford-based company, Datafort, has developed an innovative and affordable solution to protect businesses from potential downtime. By compressing and encrypting data using a 256-bit financial grade encryption, Datafort ensures that valuable information remains safe and secure.
The process is simple. First, all important data stored on computers is fully backed up. Datafort’s Off Site Back-up Software then compresses and encrypts the selected files before transmitting them to their highly secure data centres. These centres are equipped with fireproof and alarmed facilities, housing top-quality, raid enabled, SCSI-mirrored disk servers.
Once the initial full back-up is complete, the software regularly scans designated directories for any new or modified files. In the event of a file or system restoration, users can easily access an archive directory, select the necessary files, and restore them to any computer using their encryption key.
Pricing for Datafort’s service varies based on the amount of storage space required. However, considering the high level of security and peace of mind it offers, most small businesses are likely to find the charges acceptable.
With a rating of 7 out of 10, Datafort’s solution is proving to be a reliable choice for businesses seeking data protection. Prices start from £9.95 per month. For more information, contact Datafort at 01483 872052 or visit their website at www.datafort.co.uk.
