Arc Systems, a provider of cloud and IT managed services to UK businesses based in Essex, has secured backing from Beech Tree Private Equity, winning Deal of the Month. The investment will allow Arc to expand its capabilities, with a focus on its people and technical proposition. Beech Tree has a history of successful investments in the sector, including Transparity, Ancoris, and BCN. Partner Adam Rudd said the company was excited to partner with Arc and invest further in a sector they know well. Advisers to Beech Tree included DLA and DSW, while Arc was supported by Knights.
