Digital transformation specialist Techsol Group has made a big move by acquiring managed IT services provider IBIT Solutions. IBIT Solutions has been serving the Coventry area for over 15 years, and this acquisition will allow Techsol Group to expand its presence to the Midlands.
Simone Lawless of IBIT Solutions expressed excitement about the partnership, stating that Techsol Group shares their determination to provide excellent service to clients. Lawless also mentioned that this partnership will enable them to expand their operations and offer more products and services to both existing and new clients. The acquisition of IBIT Solutions is part of Techsol Group’s ongoing expansion strategy.
