Logicalis, a leading channel player, has announced significant enhancements to its Managed Data Fabric Platform, aiming to provide customers with even better managed services. Since its launch last April, the platform has gained over 200 customers worldwide who rely on Logicalis for insights into their systems performance, device management, and network risks.
The latest updates to the platform include a revamped user interface and the introduction of an overall health score. These additions enable users to gain valuable insights across their entire network and cloud environments. Moreover, Logicalis has taken steps to elevate its managed services by offering high, medium, and low-impact recommendations to help customers generate savings and improve efficiencies.
Bob Bailkoski, CEO of Logicalis, expressed the company’s commitment to advancing managed services and empowering Chief Information Officers (CIOs) with deeper insights. He stated, “For the last 12 months or more, we’ve been trying to bring innovation to the managed services industry. The idea behind the platform was trying to bring innovation to the managed services world.”
Traditionally, managed service providers focus solely on reporting device availability. However, Logicalis recognized that it could provide additional insights beyond this basic metric due to its privileged position with customers. Bailkoski explained, “We thought that because we have a privileged position with our customers… there are additional insights that we could provide those customers with beyond the basic availability status.”
The enhanced platform aims to offer customers valuable insights into areas where they can optimize technology utilization and improve the health of their infrastructure. This is particularly important as CIOs face increasing pressure to deliver an exceptional user experience. In addition to efficiency and security insights, Logicalis also seeks to raise the bar on sustainability. The platform now provides customers with a carbon footprint score or sustainability score, along with four other metrics.
Bailkoski emphasized that the platform goes beyond surface-level insights by grading the impact of these insights on customers’ environments. This deeper intelligence enables CIOs to quickly identify priorities and take necessary actions to bring tangible benefits to their environment.
