Good news for the 140 employees at a Daresbury group that faced a cyber incident last year – all jobs have been saved by administrators. The group, which provides cloud and managed IT services to legal firms and barristers’ chambers in the UK and Ireland, was sold to Bluecube Cyber Security Solutions Ltd. Despite the challenges faced in November 2023, operations were fully restored by December, leading to a successful sale process. Tiger Eye Consulting Ltd and Sprout Technologies NZ Ltd were not part of the deal. Administrators and company leaders are optimistic about the future, ensuring continuity of services for clients and growth opportunities. CEO of Bluecube, James Hawker, sees this as a strategic move to strengthen their position in the legal sector.
