A computer technician who was found with a stash of nearly 1000 sick images and videos of child abuse on his devices has denied having a perverted interest in children. Kevin Parr, 52, was caught after police traced an IP address to his home and conducted a search warrant. Among the disturbing images found were 308 category A images depicting the rape of a child. Despite denying any sexual interest in children, Parr was sentenced to 10 months in prison, suspended for two years, and ordered to carry out rehabilitation requirements and unpaid work. Judge Berkson commented that Parr’s denial was “faked” and urged him to come to terms with his actions.
