In a recent survey conducted as part of the CRN MSP 500 project, top managed service provider executives were asked to share which of their IT services are experiencing the most growth this year. The results revealed a strong demand for cybersecurity services, driven by the increasing number of cyber threats such as ransomware, phishing attacks, and data theft.
Many executives highlighted their cybersecurity offerings as the fastest-growing services, with a focus on technologies like managed detection and response tools, virtual security operations centers, and employee security awareness training. Beyond security, other services seeing significant growth include cloud migration, application modernization (especially Microsoft Azure), data management and analytics, managed SD-WAN, RPA and workload automation, and device-as-a-service.
Among the executives who shared their insights were Kyle Kerns from ACES in Cedar Falls, Iowa, Vince Sciarra from Acuative in Fairfield, N.J., Dave Siegel from All Lines Technology in Warrendale, Pa., and Jason Lambris from Apex Digital Solutions in Southfield, Mich. Each highlighted the specific services driving growth for their respective companies.
