A Lincolnshire IT firm has been acquired by a managed service provider celebrating 30 years in business. Jalapeno Business Services, located near Lincoln, has been purchased by Kings Lynn-based Uptech and will now operate under the Uptech name.

Despite the rebranding, all current employees of Jalapeno will remain with the company and continue to work from the same office location.
