In an exciting development, Omers Private Equity has announced the acquisition of a majority stake in Integris, a US cybersecurity and IT consulting company, from Frontenac Company LLC. The deal, for an undisclosed amount, marks Omers’ entry into the IT managed-services industry.

According to a statement seen by Bloomberg News, the management team at Integris will remain in place post-acquisition.
