The results are in, and it seems that cybersecurity services are in high demand due to the increasing number of cyber threats such as ransomware, phishing attacks, and data theft.
Many executives highlighted their cybersecurity offerings as the fastest-growing services, with a focus on technologies like managed detection and response tools, virtual security operations centers, and employee security threat awareness training. However, the demand for IT services extends beyond security, with cloud migration, application modernization, data management, managed SD-WAN, RPA, and device-as-a-service also making the list of fast-growing services.
Executives from various companies shared insights on their fastest-growing services, including end user security awareness training, managed network services, disaster recovery as a service, hybrid work solutions, intelligent automation, and secure data backups. It’s clear that the IT services landscape is evolving rapidly to meet the changing needs of businesses in today’s digital age.
